Expert Physiotherapy for Wrist/Hand Pain

The wrist indeed presents a complex arrangement of eight smaller bones organised into two rows. These bones create arches that offer stability while facilitating a diverse range of motion. Such versatility in the wrist joint is essential for executing tasks demanding precision and dexterity.

Ligaments serve to connect these bones, while tendons link muscles to bones. Given the multitude of smaller bones within the wrist, it's prone to minor strains or sprains, particularly in the event of a fall. Should any of these structures sustain injury, a meticulous assessment becomes imperative to pinpoint the exact location and guide appropriate treatment.

When you come to see us At Optimal Motion Physiotherapy Clinic, we will initially listen to your story. Then perform some physical tests and give you a diagnosis, rough timescale for recovery and design a unique treatment plan to get you back to your optimal.
